Whisk the cold cream until it forms peaks. We recommend that you put the blender whisks and bowl in the freezer, as it helps the peaks to form that much easier.
Once peaks have formed in the cream, add the condensed milk and melted toffee (you can melt it in a bain-marie or microwave oven) and mix everything with enveloping movements until it is all well blended.
Now put it in the freezer. To prevent crystals from forming, stir every 30 minutes for two hours.
Now you see how easy it is to make and what an incredible flavour it has.
